You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting your store for evaluation. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI Evaluations & Advice

SanLuna provides AI-generated marketing evaluations and GTM strategies. While we strive for accuracy, these evaluations are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge that acting upon these recommendations is at your own risk, and SanLuna is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from marketing decisions based on our reports.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SanLuna and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SanLuna.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
